Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.
• To cancel, please WhatsApp us at 9596130071 with your order number.
• Refund for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–4 working days to the original mode of payment.

Refund / Replacement
• As plants are live and perishable, we do not offer returns once the order is shipped.
• Replacement is only provided if the plant is received damaged or in extremely poor condition.
• Opening video is compulsory for any replacement request.
• Replacement requests must be sent on WhatsApp (9596130071) within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Eligible Cases
• No replacement/refund for wrong address, delayed courier, weather issues, or customer unavailability.
• Plants may show minor stress, 1–2 leaves dropped, or slight soil spillage during transit; these are normal and not counted as damage.
