• All plants are live products and may vary in size, shape, and color from the images shown.
• Plant appearance may change slightly due to weather, season, and natural growth. - Pricing & Payments
• Prices mentioned on the website are final and subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
• Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days of placing the order.
• A single order may arrive in multiple parcels depending on plant type and warehouse availability.
- Shipping
• Shipping charges depend on the size, type, and quantity of plants.
• We dispatch through reliable courier partners for safe delivery.
• Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
- Replacement Policy
• Replacement is offered only if the plant is received damaged or dead.
• To claim a replacement:
• An unboxing/opening video is compulsory.
• The video must clearly show the parcel being opened without cuts.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: 9596130071 or email at shagunursery95@gmail.com.
• Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
• Wrong address provided
• Minor plant stress due to transit
• Delay caused by courier company
• Unboxing video not provided
- Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.
• Cancellation is not allowed once the parcel is packed or dispatched.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–4 working days.
- Customer Responsibility
• Customers must provide accurate address and active mobile number.
• Someone should be available to receive the parcel to avoid plant damage due to delays.
